As well as operating our Estate of 5 star holiday parks Blue Sky Resorts also specialises in assisting holiday park operators in maximising the effectiveness of their holiday home sales activities.
Each operators requirement is different and thus we tailor our service to provide the most appropriate type and level of support, however in many cases we have assisted as follows:

- Listing on Caravan Connections
- Provision of a fully trained and supported Holiday Home Advisor
- Provision of new and quality used stock
- Creation & supply of brochure & literature
- Fully costed and planned marketing campaign
- Professional liaison, handover & aftersales process
The park operator is usually asked to:
- Provide photos and info for Web Sites and brochures etc
- Provide office space with telephone, desk & chair
- Perhaps provide accommodation
- Agree to an operational process whereby the caravan & owner are smoothly & professionally absorbed into his business and supported once the sale is complete.
We make no actual charge for any of this support! We simply take a share of the proceeds from each holiday home sold & in most cases (infact in every case to date) the park operator increases his net revenue as a result!
