Fun & Frolicks at Nostell Priory Holiday Park

Halloween Party and Ghost Walks, it’s been all go during October at Nostell Priory Holiday Park

Another Halloween – another successful fancy dress party! This year brought a variety of costumes with many new people attending our annual event.

As always fancy dress was a must and we saw many new people attending this year’s party with a variety of costumes. Edward Scissor Hands won best adult costume, with best children’s costume being awarded to a well presented little witch.

Halloween decorations of severed hands, ghoulish bats, bloodied daggers, broom sticks and much more created a very atmospheric evening. It was evening full of fun and frolics and thanks to Andy Dunne on the disco and karaoke everyone danced the night away, making the most of singing their favourite songs x-factor style!

Over 70 people attended our first ever ghost walk on 30th October…
Our evening full of screams and laughter got off to a great start with a very scary ghost story. We then made our way through the woods where there was lots of spooky goings on…

Screams of laughter and fear filled the fields and deep wooded areas throughout the ghost walk. Scary discoveries were made and many ghosts, ghouls, and other scary characters were seen, which all added to the spooky atmosphere of the evening. The spooky night was brought to a close when all of our ghost and ghoul hunters enjoyed a well earned pie and peas.

The whole event was a great success and everyone is already looking forward to another one next year!
